On-Site Chiropractic Care
Back pain, neck pain, headaches, and the resulting doctor appointments are the most common reasons for lost employee productivity and absenteeism. We have a simple approach to addressing these issues that adversely affect your company. We can provide an on-site chiropractor who is specifically trained to handle these health care problems. As an added benefit, there is no insurance billing since the cost per employee is usually around the same amount as their normal insurance co-pay, so company health plan costs can be reduced by using this service. This service can be paid for by the employee, the company, or the cost can be shared be both.

On-Site Wellness Program
Our corporate on-site wellness plan is far superior in total health care cost savings as compared to medical model wellness programs. This plan concentrates on finding areas of health improvement and encouraging behavior modification for each employee. Assessments are performed by questionaires and personal health consultations. The notable difference between our wellness program and other medical model programs involves testing. Other wellness programs concentrate on finding problems such as high cholesterol or high glucose blood levels through testing and lead to higher company health care costs because these employees are then prescribed medication for the new found health problems. Our approach is simply to identify problem health and lifestyle issues and to then educate employees on how to overcome problems through a conservative non-drug approach using nutrition, exercise, and behavior modification. However, we do offer blood and urine testing for each employee if that option is desired. More information is listed below.

On-Site Testing Program (Cholesterol, Glucose, etc)
We can provide an on-site nurse who will obtain blood and urine samples from employees that will be tested for cholesterol levels, glucose levels, and other standard markers for disease. Blood pressure and heart rate data is also obtained for each employee. Counseling and health coaching is provided to address any indicated health problems.
On-Site Chair Massage
Show your employees you really do care. Stress as well as back and neck pain are addressed by this service. You'll notice substantial increased employee productivity after using this service as well as increased employee morale.
